Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet then you can change your shipping address. Please email the below email with your order number and address change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is provided to you free of charge and will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
We endevaour to make orders ship out as fast as possible. This means we start working on your order as soon as we can. If you would like to cancel your order please contact within 12 hours of ordering.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all faulty or damaged products.
However, we do not accept returns for change of mind due to the customised nature of our products.
Shipping
How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Processing Times
Processing times are the time we need to create and complete your order. Each product is handmade just for you, meaning we need time to be able to achieve this. Processing times are shown on the announcement bar; please take note when ordering.
Rush Orders
We do welcome rush orders on all our products, however you must contact prior to ordering so we can ensure your needs can be met. It isn't always possible but we do try our best to make sure we can.
