Order Information

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you at no additional cost.


Is it possible to cancel my order?

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Because of this, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for items that arrive faulty or damaged.
Due to the customized nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.

How long does shipping take and how do I follow my package?
