How do I place an order?
Browse our store and select the items you’d like to purchase, then click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click the shopping bag icon in the upper-right corner and proceed to Checkout.
Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your purchase by selecting “Place Order.”
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
This information allows you to follow your shipment and view its delivery status at any time.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Occasionally, confirmation emails may be delayed or filtered into your spam or junk folder.
Please allow up to 30 minutes and check all email folders.
If you still haven’t received the confirmation, contact us at info@gracedecors.com, and our team will gladly verify your order and resend the email.

Can I modify my order?
Before completing checkout, you can freely update your cart by adding or removing items.
If your order has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to make changes before the order is shipped, though adjustments are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the package will need to be returned according to our Return Policy.
My shipping address is incorrect—what should I do?
Please notify us immediately by emailing info@gracedecors.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address for you.
My order arrived incomplete, incorrect, or with missing items. How can this be resolved?

How do I use a discount or promo code?
During checkout, you’ll find a field labeled “Discount Code.”
Enter your valid voucher or promo code, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order total before payment.
