Returns + Cancellation

We offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized products. This means you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, size, or style as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or enter production.
If canceled during this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
